What we do. We clear the parts of your property you
selected above, when snowfall reaches 5 cm or more. We aim to clear within
24 hours of snowfall ending, which is the City of Calgary’s bylaw deadline.
Your locked rate. The price shown above is held for
this season and includes GST. It will not change, even if our published prices do.
Prepaid packages. A package buys a set number of
clearings. One clearing is deducted each time we attend. When the package runs
out we will tell you before doing any further work.
Unused clearings are not lost. Anything left at the
end of the season converts to account credit at the same price you paid, and that
credit can be spent on any of our services — snow, lawn care, gutters or
anything else we offer.
Pay-as-you-go. If you chose per-clearing billing,
you are charged only when we attend. There is no minimum and no commitment.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. If you have
an unused package balance we will convert it to credit or refund it, whichever
you prefer.
What we cannot promise. During heavy or continuous
snowfall, clearing may take longer than 24 hours. We clear public sidewalks and
driveways, not roofs, and we cannot remove ice bonded to the surface without
de-icer, which is charged separately if you ask for it.
Nothing is charged today. Pre-booking locks your
rate. We contact you before the season starts to arrange payment.
